What is Saturday Sangria? It’s a bright, fruity white sangria that’s effortless to make and perfect for unwinding on the weekend. Fresh fruit and chilled wine combine into a light, refreshing pitcher that’s ideal for sharing on a warm afternoon.

Saturday Sangria
Yield: serves 2-4

Ingredients:
- 1 bottle chilled white wine (Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio work well)
- 1/4 cup orange liqueur
- 2 peaches, sliced
- 4 strawberries, sliced
- 1/2 orange, juiced
- 1/2 orange, sliced
Directions:
- In a large pitcher or carafe, combine the chilled white wine and orange liqueur.
- Add the sliced peaches, strawberries, and the juice from half an orange; stir gently to combine.
- Add the orange slices, cover, and chill for about an hour to allow the fruit to infuse the wine.
- Serve over ice on a hot, sunny afternoon. Garnish with additional fruit if desired.
