Happy Father’s Day to all the wonderful fathers out there! Celebrate with a special treat — these Grilled Bacon and Onion Ribeye Steak Sliders with Beer Cheese.

Summer means more time outside and plenty of grilling at our house. Evenings poolside and around the barbecue are our favorite way to relax with family and friends.

For Father’s Day I wanted to make something the men in my life would love — they’re steak-and-potato people, but sliders offer a fun, crowd-pleasing twist on a classic grilled steak.

These sliders shine when made with Certified Angus Beef® brand ribeye. The steak grills up juicy and full of flavor, and the beer cheese brings everything together in a rich, melty finish.

I can easily pick up Certified Angus Beef® at my local Schnucks Markets, and I appreciate that many restaurants in my area also serve this high-quality beef. But there’s something special about grilling at home, especially when you share the meal with the people you love.

The combination of grilled ribeye strips, smoky bacon, caramelized onion, and creamy beer cheese makes these sliders irresistible. We enjoyed them while celebrating the special men in our lives, and they were a big success.
