How to Make an Easter Bunny Snack Board

  • Place an 8.5″ rimmed plate in the center of an 18×12″ or similar board, platter, or sheet pan. Fill the plate with the hummus to form the bunny’s face.
  • Decorate the face: use two olives for eyes, a cherry tomato for the nose, olive quarters to form the mouth, and asparagus spears as whiskers.
  • Create the ears by arranging half the pita crackers on one side and the other half on the other side. Leave a hole in each ear to tuck in the red pepper slices and fill the center of each ear with the pepper slices.
  • Place broccoli at the top of the board between the ears. Arrange celery, radish slices, petite carrots, remaining olives, and extra asparagus spears down both sides of the hummus plate. Position cauliflower at the bottom of the plate.
  • For a bowtie, place two small broccoli florets with a cherry tomato between them on top of the cauliflower.
  • Serve and enjoy—this board is designed for easy snacking and makes a cheerful centerpiece for Easter gatherings.
