Healthy Roasted Brussels Sprouts Recipe

I’ve been away for a little while—life and a stubborn fever pulled me away from the kitchen—but I’m back with a favorite that arrived at my table when I needed it most. After days of tea, lemon and recovery, my husband surprised me with a plate of oven-roasted Brussels sprouts tossed with crisp bacon and Parmesan. It was the perfect first real meal and reminded me how comforting a simple, well-made vegetable can be.

The combination of caramelized sprouts, crunchy bacon and salty Parmesan is both nourishing and satisfying, ideal for a light dinner or a hearty side. The recipe is easy to scale and comes together in under an hour, with most of that time spent hands-off while the oven does the work.
