  • Simple to prepare year-round, and especially refreshing on warm summer days.

Ingredient Notes

Labeled ingredients including: pineapple, sugar, plant-based milk, watermelon

Watermelon: This recipe shines with ripe, in-season watermelon. Choose a melon that smells sweet and yields slightly to pressure for the best flavor.

Pineapple: Fresh or frozen pineapple both work. If using fresh, pick fruit that is fragrant and ripe for maximum sweetness.

Plant-Based Milk: Almond milk was used here, but you can substitute any plant milk you prefer — oat, soy, cashew, etc.

Sugar: A small amount rounds out the natural fruit sugars. Organic cane sugar is a fine choice, or use your preferred sweetener.

Step by Step Process

Three pink popsicles on a bed of crushed ice

This recipe is quick and straightforward.

Gather the ingredients, then combine them in a blender until fully smooth. Pour the blended mixture into a popsicle mold, insert sticks, and freeze until solid — about 3–4 hours depending on your freezer.

Storage

These popsicles store well. Keep them in the original mold with the top covered for up to three months.

If you need to free the mold, wrap each popsicle individually in plastic wrap or parchment and store in a freezer-safe bag for up to three months.
