10 Minute Spicy Pasta
Ingredients
- 250 g gluten free pasta
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 250 g cherry tomatoes
- 4 large garlic cloves, crushed
- handful olives, chopped
- pinch chilli flakes
- 1 tsp paprika
- handful fresh basil, chopped
Instructions
- Place the pasta in boiling water and cook according to the packet instructions, around 10 minutes.
- While the pasta cooks, heat a large pan with the olive oil and add the cherry tomatoes. Fry for about 5 minutes — keeping the tomatoes whole speeds things up.
- Squash the tomatoes with a fork, then add the crushed garlic, chopped olives, chilli flakes and paprika. Cook together for a few minutes so the flavours meld.
- Remove the pan from the heat, stir in the chopped basil and allow it to wilt into the sauce.
- Using tongs, transfer the pasta directly from the boiling water into the sauce, toss to combine and serve with extra fresh basil on top.
