I haven’t always been a fan of yogurt. A memory from second grade—when a neighbor brought homemade plain yogurt while I was sick and my mother insisted I eat it—kept me away until college. Even now I enjoy it sparingly, but I’ve been trying to incorporate it more because of its benefits. This smoothie is one tasty way to do that. I also wanted a banana-free smoothie that still feels creamy and satisfying.

Ingredients
- ½ c vanilla flavored unsweetened almond milk
- ½ c frozen raspberries
- ½ c plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
- ¼ t cinnamon
- ⅛ t cardamom
- ⅛ t nutmeg
- 1 t honey
Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness or spice as desired. Serve immediately.
